I want Nihog to stay but Skyck to go.

What's up Nick are we feeling insecure today?
Or are we talking about a long flying vacation?

Joe

I'm voting "Yes" on every poll of this nature from here on... Regardless of whether I had previously wanted the person to "leave" or not.

Yes. Have a good time, everyone needs a vacation now and then. Let us know when you get back.

I thought this was yet another attempt to get Mos Eisley shut down, then I realized that this was the wrong board...

Why can't I vote "yes" multiple times?? (Vote early, vote often, right?)

Because you are in VA. If you were in Chicago that feature on PoA would be enabled for you by Mayor Dick.

Wouldn't I either have to be related to or on the payroll of Mayor Dick to access that feature?

I want Nick to go away...

...from that crazy war zone in which he lives! From the way he describes it South Central LA would be safer.

Nihog...

...isn't that near Sagaponack?

Mentioning your book on a flying forum made sense. Blowing your own horn constantly did not.

If this was a real hanger and this was some real hanger flying going on, and all you wanted to talk about was your wonderful book and what a great author you consider yourself to be, I think you would discover few, or perhaps no invitations to future bull sessions heading your way.

If you then got on the phone and started calling all the hanger pilots and asked them if they liked you or not, you would be more than a little disappointed with the results.

I'll bet you are actually a nice fellow to meet and bull**** with, if you could only get past your F***ing book.

Books are sold mainly by people who have read them, it's called word of mouth advertising. They are also sold by book publishers providing the book was good enough for them to want to invest in printing, distributing, and promoting them.

If you could not find a publisher who would do the above things with his money, I can understand you wanting to unload your garage full of self published books. Your like an artist who can't find a gallery that will show his work, so he stands on the street corner with his paintings, hoping to sell a few.

Nick writes books about dogs? I didn't know that.

Now me...I write books about ex-girlfriends so I guess...

Hey, Nick, send me one of your books, would you?

Stick around Nick. There are a lot less interesting (and FAR more annoying people) than you.... Here.

And on the planet.

Besides, you're quality entertainment.
