nah the RJ guys make decent money. its the turboproppers that are underpaid.

I have sympathy for people who are underpaid but they must've known what the starting pay was before they started on their career. It's been that way forever and it's not a secret. The thing is, the pay gets better if you are there for a while.

But you need to be lucky and not pick the wrong airline which might downsize or disappear sometime in the future since seniority is everything in the airlines and it is much harder to start over than in most other jobs.
