In Chicago 11/20 to 12/5

Let's hope it's Beechcraft. I need some cheap parts for my plane. Maybe he can get me a storm window for less than $6000

haha! Ted warned me about people like you...

See, Tony, you don't even work for the company and already he's trying to blame and/or extort you. We're just fortunate that neither of us work for companies that he's purchasing products from. :D

Non-Textron for me. Although, a Citation would be nice .... maybe you can make that happen!

i think you need a hawker...yea a hawker would be really nice

Once again, Tony, I warned you about people like Felix. ;)

Anyone know of which company is based in Kansas? :D ;)

Um, all of them? Well, pretty close anyway. Cessna, Hawker/Beechcraft, Bombardier has a facility there, there's an ex-Boeing facility there (I saw three 737 fuselages on a train in KS once), etc. etc.

Yeah, there's no facilities there for Mooney, Piper, Cirrus, or Diamond. Whooptie do. With the level of aviation industry that IS there, many other supporting companies are there too. Wichita lives and dies by the aviation industry.

Spirit Aerosystems builds boeing fuselage sections, among other things. Airbus even opened up an office in Wichita in the last year or so. Boeing has some military stuff going on at the air force base.

yea apparently they build sections for many airframe manufacturers. ive got a few friends who work there.

Got into this thread because I had to delete a spam post in it; that from Tony made me chuckle when I read it, until I saw the date. Then it became... prescient! :D
