975 smoh (still flying will change)
Bas tail pull, sky tech starter, hooker harnesses, vortex generators, alternator, nice paint, good fabric, beautiful interior. She’s been great and never let me down.

logs complete back to its test flight in ‘47.

yes it has a stratus esg transponder for out and the attached 3i for in- I love the setup.

TT is around 5245...

If I ever return to flying it'll be in something like this.
I know I’m gunna miss her… I just barely use it as any chance I get I need to have more than one other with me…

So pretty. Can almost just swipe the credit card… very tempting.

If I were to buy another certified aircraft…. But ain’t gonna happen.

If fuel goes up 30%, you’ll be missing ole blue…

I know… but at least for trips it calculates out to very similar burn. In no wind the 140 gets about 20mpg and the Mooney calculates out to 18mpg…

During my first time out in it we flew around at 6gph for quite a while. Would work for a short burger run w the boys…

so I don’t totally disagree but the new bird seems pretty efficient too…

What’s the useful load and fuel capacity?

Just slow the Mooney down, and it'll get 20 mpg or better...I know I know, then what's the point? LOL

yea we seen similar efficiencies to the 140 at almost any speed as long as it was leaned…

I guess the point may be if I’m joining other friends with slower planes to not arrive too far ahead of them- well at least after a few times of kicking their butt! Lol

I tell em it’s my turn to grade their landings now as I was always last one in to any breakfast or group trip. Tables are turned now :)

Did it sell from POA? That was fast.
