Idle question about Airbus spoilers

Flew back to SFO on an AA A321 with a window seat. After landing, I noticed that the spoilers remained up the entire time it took to taxi to the gate (several minutes). After we stopped they continued to remain up until it sounded like the engines shut down. And then they kind of sagged down but didn't fully close.

I don't recall seeing spoilers being operated this way. I'm speculating someone passed over a checklist item, but perhaps it's normal and I just never noticed?

Someone forgot them, or didn't get the handle all the way down. They'll slowly droop back down after hydraulic pressure is removed.
 
its part of the first officers after landing flow. he/she missed disarming the spoilers. the captain should have caught it before shutting off the engine masters. once the engines are off, it requires activation off two different electric pumps to lower them.
