DOD fuel phish

JP-4 is similar to Jet B composition. Good for extreme cold Don’t think any branches are using it anymore. JP-5 or JP-8 these days with Prist equivalent if required.
 
JP-4 is still around a little bit. We have to call over to the JRB if we get a transient bird showing up with it onboard. Haven’t seen that tanker truck on our side for a while though.
 
That’s a lot of work just to go to prison. How can somebody smart enough to figure this out be so stupid to think they could get away with it?
 
Some feel that the DoD procurement process is so convoluted and bloated, that they wouldn't be found out....

I suspect that this scam is just a tiny snowflake on the tip of a very large iceberg. If a few individuals could orchestrate this, what do you suppose hostile state actors are doing to us?
