Brag about your life. I'll go first. I'm a female IR pilot, married to the same guy for 11.5 years known for 29. Work a part time job because I am learning the Argentine tango.

Anyone else want to share?
 
Live on an airpark, married to another pilot for 23 years. Used to be a pretty good swing dancer but am out of practice.
 
I was going to save this for the ‘not worthy of its own thread’ thread but here goes. My daughter just got accepted into medical school and is on her way to getting the Navy to pay for it all. Current plan is to be a trauma surgeon.
 
I'm 36 and have been a pilot >50% of my life. Selling our house and buying 5.75 acres on an airpark in Ohio and have the green light that I'll get to buy a plane when we're done building. Been married for 12.5 years to an incredible wife and have an amazing 5 year old daughter. I've been truly blessed!
 
Getting close... It looks like I'll be able to retire and still afford to maintain and fly my own airplane! :cool:
I get to the gym several times a week. None of the usual getting older health problems. Everything still works, and all my parameters are within normal ranges.

I never met him, but I was at his attempted jump of the Snake River canyon. I was one of many locals, who, unwilling or unable to pay for a ticket to the jump venue, crowded into the narrow gap of land between the rim of the canyon and the chain link fence that held in the paying customers.

It was friggin terrifying when his rocket disappeared into the canyon seconds after lift off and the crowd inside surged forward for a look, flattening the fence, and leaving those of us in front with nowhere to go but sideways (mostly) or over the rim (at least one person was pushed over, but was able to cling to a ledge a few feet down).

The ramp built for the publicity photos is still there--Evel skipped town without paying a lot of bills--but the launch gantry was that was actually used by the rocket has been removed.
 
I just married the woman of my dreams, we’ve been together a year and a half- she rolled her eyes at me once in Menards is the biggest fight we have ever had. She loves me and aviation- we got married at the airport even.

I own a Cessna 140 that’s my pride and joy and have it beautifully restored. I’ve flown it to Johnson creek Idaho twice and Florida once from Michigan.

I have 4 amazing boys 5-18, 2 great stepsons and a step daughter.

my oldest is in the marching band at Michigan State University, my 17 year older is a varsity basketball kid and pretty darn good, my 15 year old works his arse off and is truck shopping with his own greenbacks and my little mans a great reader.

my wife is very excited for us to sell a c150 we own and look for a fast 4 seater to have a fleet of 2, the 140 and a fast plane.

life is good
 
Own a v tail bonanza. Wife wanted to get married in a hangar (didn’t work out for schedule reasons). We fly to vacations in ga when feasible. Still working on the copilot thing.

I sat in the SkyCycle wreckage, which we had displayed for a while (Evel was a friend of Rick Case, the recently departed automobile magnate.)
 
I am a pilot and the second least interesting person on PoA.
 
Male IR private pilot here, married 35 years. 3 great adult children, all successfully launched. Life is good, most of the time. Been doing a good amount of long X country trips this year and loving it.
 
I'm a software guy. I don't make nearly what I'm worth, but I'm starting to get there. Closing in on retirement in 5-10 years and my wife has gone through the first 3 stages of marriage - "Oh my", "Oh no", and "Oh well".

I'm a pilot. You all already knew that, but it can't be said enough :)

I've only gained 5 lbs during the lockdowns.

Really? I flew a V35B for 5 years and a IO-550 powered M35 for few. I hated flying them and they are both gone and I am happy :)
That was the most boring thing I ever did in my life is fly those airplanes. LOL!
They are good but boring....
 
Weaned in taildraggers, ended up in jets (not necessarily by choice). Best birthday present was a wife and 3 daughters. Now have two grandsons that I’m building a workbench for, complete with homemade vises. :)
