Looks like an upside-down open-faced steak sandwich, otherwise that other piece of steak in the background would be on the bottom.
And a little bit inside-out too since the pesto is on the outside of the sandwich.
When you said “steak sammich” and showed 2 steaks, I started thinking you were going to use the steaks like 2
pieces of bread and out the onions and L&T in between.
No, olive oil and balsamic. It never would have occurred to me to try a Peruvian Aji sauce. But I might try that next time.
Eww. I'm not breaking down your food for you. I don't care if you're missing something (teeth? acid? probiotics?), mastication and digestion is your job not mine!Someone break it down for me. I’m missing something.
The mayo made me wonder -- my wife makes it with that and a ton of garlic. <3 it with steak of any kind.
