California Wildfire Threatens Marijuana Farms

Any city that thinks the mutts are great is dying. What can I say? As home of the "mistake on the lake" Seattle is doomed. It may take a while, but it is doomed.

Go Cougs!!!
I've seen some pretty useful stuff coming out of my alma mater recently.

There's no law that says you have to go to either place.

Personally, I like anywhere that has mountains in it.

I live in the Seattle area. I fled the city proper almost 20 years ago when I saw what direction it was headed. Today, it is worse than I had ever imagined. It's a pit. A sty. Homeless addict's tents are pitched along the freeway, under overpasses, on church properties, and more. Addicts deal, shoot up, defecate, and **** throughout the city with impunity. Piles of trash and filth accumulate. Crime is rampant, unpunished, and increasing. The city enables homelessness and addiction. "Homelessness" has become an industry with NGOs and consultants gorging themselves at the public trough. The pandemic simply accelerated the abandonment of the city already underway. 500 businesses permanently closed in downtown in the past year, and it continues.

Police officers are fleeing for other jurisdictions. By last January over 200 officers had separated. By the end of 2021 it will likely be north of 300 out of 1300 deployable officers a few years ago. The city council reduced the police budget by 20%.

Meanwhile the city, county, and state spend tens of billions on a choo-choo train with is butt-ugly, intrusive, concrete monstrosities, that will likely move maybe 2% of commuters--and that was the estimate before the pandemic.

Seattle is dying.

Sounds just like San Francisco..disgusting
