I like swiss cheese in omelets. I like other cheeses as well, but it turns out I like gooey swiss cheese.
 
I didn't have to fix or do any maintenance on my airplane today.

I just made and ate some scrambled eggs with chicken chunks and mozzarella. Nice and stringy and gooey.

Added a little of Kent Rollins’ Red River Ranch Original seasoning and a nice fresh cup o’ Joe.

Waiting on this week’s grocery pickup to try the tuna thing in the eggs. Had never thought of it. Should be delicious.
 
Last Wednesday I flew my longest ever turn and burn for a tortoise rescue. Got cleared direct through the Pittsburg Bravo, no vectors or anything. The tortoise is doing very well and adapting nicely to life at the Steinholme.

Potatoes can also be boiled, stewed, and scalloped. There is a wide variety of options available to you when cooking potatoes.

There is a brand called Kool, but I don’t know whether they are still available at most outlets. Tobacco farming is a large industry, and currently there is debate about it. Recently the government decided on some regulations that cost tobacco companies a large amount of money.

If you notice, some farm lands have animals living on them. Most of these are cows, and there are also pigs, sheep, and goats living on farms. Some are raised for the milk they provide. This milk goes through several processes to ensure that it is not contaminated before it is made available to consumers at stores (which I mentioned earlier). Another use for farm animals is meat. Three popular types of meat are beef, pork, and chicken. Beef comes from cows. Pork comes from pigs. Chicken comes from chickens, but you probably knew that. These animals are raised to become plump and healthy, then they are killed, sometimes at slaughter houses. The meat is then removed from their bodies, cleaned, and made available at a variety of stores and restaurants. Sometimes this process can seem gross, but it is part of an advanced ecological food chain on earth. Just like birds eat worms and tigers eat deer, human beings eat cows and pigs. The main difference is that we don’t eat animals raw. We cook the meat to remove blood, fat, and germs from it. We also season our meat with salt or different kinds of sauces. The end result is food that is very tasty and is healthy for us.

Farmers do not like trespassers. If a farmer sees one, he will sometimes shoot at them with a shotgun that he owns. Trespassing is against the law. Laws are created by government to prevent people from living in fear. They are meant to provide safety for citizens. Our government in America consists of a legislative branch, an executive branch, and a judicial branch. The legislative branch makes laws based on the concerns of citizens they represent. The executive branch consists of the President. This person enforces the law, and he has certain other duties like declaring war and approving bills prepared by members of the legislative branch. The President is also considered the leader of our country. The judicial branch interprets the laws. This branch consists of the courts and the trials held in them. Here a judge and jury determine from evidence presented by lawyers whether someone is guilty of breaking a law. Initial law enforcement takes place among police officers. They are the first people to encounter situations where a law is being broken. If a criminal (law-breaker) becomes too violent or hostile, they will use guns or mace or nightsticks to administer immediate punishment. Their goal is to bring the criminal under control, so that he can receive a punishment determined by members of the judicial branch of government. Punishments mostly include time in jail, but they can also include fines and, in extreme cases, the death penalty.

Ever had whole milk mozzarella? Puts that "low-moisture, part-skim" crap to total shame.
 
I am a cotton farmer. Cotton is not harvested by a gin but is harvested by a cotton picker. The seed is removed by the gin and the lint cotton is baled for use by a cotton mill. The seed is sold for food additives and animal feed.

Make sure you keep good records and submit your mileage for reimbursement from your employer. Also, if you move to different work locations rather than commute to the same regular work location, you may be able to deduct travel expenses, such as slipper wear or snacks en route....

I did that for most of the summer. Spoiled my boy tortoise rotten feeding him by hand. Back at my office now, more better.
 
I buy Dickies pocket Ts for kicking around and working outside. Gotta have a pocket. They're great shirts and are very durable. BUT!

About a year or two ago they started adding a pen pocket. Pizzes me off on two fronts...

1. my cell phone no longer fits.

and

2. they still "dart" the corner of the pocket so a pen doesn't fit anyway.

gaeesh...can't get good child slave labor anywhere these days!

An A&P friend of mine helped me comply with the Cessna 100 hour seat rail AD yesterday. I had 103 hours since the last inspection. The rails checked out good.
 
We have hard water. Bought some bags of salt but it didn't help. May try putting them in the water softener later today.

I call party foul. You're supposed to cite your sources when you copy and paste the entire Wikipedia article about "Eli Whitney (disambiguation)." But in fairness, the guy who just posted his grade 6 essay about the Industrial Revolution to create that article didn't cite his sources, either.

That makes one of us. The sealant I put around my new antennas turned brown so I had to scrape all that stuff off and put new sealant around them. Dow Corning 732 just in case someone was wondering. I have no idea what the old stuff was.

Also, on my last flight, my EI carb temp/OAT gauge says its 238-300 degrees on both sensors. I know its hot but I didn't think that it was THAT hot. :sigh:

Maybe the temp gauge is set to Kelvin, and it's really, REALLY cold out?
