Does anyone know a good place to find wind data for a specific area? I live in Parker, CO and need this information to design and build a ham radio antenna tower and for flying radio control models. KAPA is about 15 miles away but the conditions reported via its ATIS is usually very different from what we experience.

Thank you!

I haven't done so myself, but this would appear to be a good place to start: https://www.climate.gov/maps-data/dataset/monthly-wind-rose-plots-charts

Edit: Took a look, and it appears that your choice of locations is very limited on that website. Here is another that looks better: https://content.meteoblue.com/ro/access-options/history/wind-rose

I like windalert.com. It shows daily winds for the past several years. It also shows average direction and speed for various months.

Here's an excerpt from ONT in Southern CA.
