Hello,
I am in need of a panel interface “With GA plugs” for a Lightspeed Tango.
I recently purchased a used set but they came with the LEMO plug interface only. Most planes that I fly don’t have LEMO. Maybe you have a broken headset and would like to sell your panel interface ?
Thanks, Frank

The ones that Sports and everyone else have aren’t OEM Lightspeed . They have a 2 star rating and people say that the batteries last 1 hour or even less. I am hoping to find an OEM interface.
Thanks, Frank

Who would have ever “Thunk” about buying a new one from Lightspeed. I was looking for a used one ..... I guess I got carried away ... hooked up to the LEMO in my 33 today ... and now I see why very few people that buy them keep them. Not the first gimmick that I have fallen for .... probably won’t be the last.

I have lots of time testing the Tango's in lots of different airplanes. From Cessna's to Cubs to Pitts to Stearmans and lots of other airplanes. I really like the Tango. I have sold lots of them over the past couple of years and not 1 complaint. Everyone loves them.
I didn't know Sporty's sold fake Lightspeed Tango parts. I'll have to look.

What they ( Sporty’s, Spruce, and a few others ) have is just a powered ( 9 volt battery) adapter to go from the LEMO to the GA plugs. All of the reviews on the aftermarket adapter give it a 2 star rating and most say that the battery live is 1 hour or less while I understand that the OEM interface battery lasts up to 10 hours. Hopefully I can find someone that broke their headset and decided not to replace it, or bought a complete set up, and has an extra interface. Your price on the Lightspeed products is definitely the best I have seen published anywhere.
