CO losses job over flyover

So there is another available pilot to fly the rubber dog chit out of Hong Kong? I'm sure they welcome the help.

Probably smuggling dissidents out in the rubber dog chit crates these days. Going to be a shortage of the stuff for a while.

If the pilot's good, I mean if he's reeeally sharp, he can barrel that thing in so low, oh it's a sight to see. You wouldn't expect it with a big ol' plane like a '52, but varrrooom! The jet exhaust... frying chickens in the barnyard!

Question.. I've always noticed this on carrier takeoffs.. why do the rudders face, and seem to oppose, each other? I had assumed this was to help with pitching up, but the elevator is almost neutral? Pray tell...

They're both deflected inward to help lift the nose.

I thought the catapult caused severed jump suit chaffing and testicular crushing resulting in this rudder appearance:confused::eek:;)
