Speaking of bbq'ing; blue tooth question

I have a nice remote meat thermometer with three meat probes and a pit probe, but it is bluetooth and is strictly line of sight. It doesn't do me any good when I am inside and the grill or egg is outside. So I replaced it with a Flameboss, which not only uses wifi, so I can monitor and adjust it from ANYWHERE, but it also has a fan that regulates the airflow and thus the temperature of my Green Egg.

Problem is, the Flameboss only has one meat probe. (Newer versions can accommodate 3).

My question is: Is there any such thing as a Blue Tooth repeater or range extender so that I can monitor the BT remote thermometer from inside the house? That way, I could have up to 4 meat probes.
 
Not really. A Bluetooth repeater has to deal with multiple types of Bluetooth profiles and such and repeaters are not common at all. Your gadget likely uses a serial profile.

Some folks claim to have bridged BLE (Bluetooth low energy — think luggage tags) to MQTT and therefore on to a local WiFi LAN, but not back over the air through a transmitter after that.

I’d look for either a natively WiFi commercially made thermometer or make one with an ESP8266 board and a quick Arduino sketch. TONS of thermometer projects with either a D1 mini board or a NodeMCU board.
