Do these go completely around the ear like the Bose QC35 II do? I was looking for a second headset, but want to know if they completely enclose the ear or sit on the ear.

Do these have the audio plug? For those of you with Iphones, I just discovered a few weeks ago that Aux to lightning cables exist. Now I don't care if I have the A20 with blutooth built in.
