Is Gulfstream Girl involved?

According to the Miami Herald, Epstein's underage sex activities were uncovered by police in 2005. She would have been 19 in that year.

I'm not saying that there shouldn't be a penalty for her involvement. I'm just saying that I'm not going to be the one to "throw the first stone."

So, life in prison? Death penalty?

She’s been interviewed as recently as 2015 on the issue and she says it’s “salacious rumors.” Not sure if her defense is that it’s a different girl (Marcinkova) or not. Two identical looking women, both models living in Palm Beach, both pilots who have flown a black Gulfstream with pictures and vids that never ID the N number...for a good reason.

No jail time but some sort of community service punishment would be nice. The heart of the problem in all this is the false appearance of someone who earned the right to be where she is. Look at her FB Women Aviation International conference. To have her there is an absolute joke. She didn’t wash planes, save money and work up through the ranks. She got a right seat spot in a Gulfstream without paying a penny. To call her a role model is an insult to all pilots who put in their time and took some crappy jobs along the way to get that big break. The whole fiasco is nothing more than an example of what power and good looks can buy.

Hyperbole much? Nobody is saying death penalty, but def not effing immunity like she got out of the feds. No sympathy from me. She's an opportunist and an unindicted sexual predator, not a victim in my eyes. We don't need grifters like her cheapening what is already an easy set of aeronautical qualifications to attain on paper, never mind the moral hazard it represents for females who actually rely on pro piloting to put food on the table.
A boatload of type ratings is easy to get? Sign me up!

I don't know a thing about her or anything about this 'scandal'. This is all news to me. Regardless, based on her external appearance, what I said stands true.
Yeah the point is that only remains valid from a distance when there is no conversation taking place.

So you guys' position is, she's good looking and young, therefore couldn't possibly actually be a competent pilot who got her ratings legitimately? Or is it that it only counts if you - I do't know - mined the bauxite and smelted the aluminum to build your own trainer and worked your way up from there?

Looking the way I do, there is NO WAY IN HELL I'm getting my flight time paid for and then getting a right seat type rating paid for by someone else in a G-whatever at 250 hours.

She might be a good stick, and I have no opinion on her skills as a pilot, but it was 100% her looks and what she was willing to do that get her where she is.

Let's not forget who the real scum are in this case. It is Epstein and his rich and famous clientele who preyed on these young girls. It's no secret that some of the victims in these situations end up being enablers, recruiters, etc. for their "masters". But that doesn't make them any less of a victim. The psychology of this is pretty dark. I say give the young lady a break. She found a way out of it and loves the same thing we all do, aviation. The crappy job she did to pay for her flying was probably far less pleasant for her than the so called crappy jobs that the rest of us did.

I swear, I can be a major a-hole at times but some of you guys are real pros.

Don't sell yourself short, Ed. I'm sure there are guys who are really into your type. Just find the right shade of lipstick and your'e set. :)

Not to Godwin the thread but that sounds sort of like the I was just following orders defense.

Except I have 5 o'clock shadow it 5 o'clock in the morning

OK, I admit that "death penalty" was an exaggeration, but "should not be allowed into society" sure does sound like life in prison.

...but def not effing immunity like she got out of the feds.

If her immunity deal had led to real punishment for Epstein instead of the six-days-a-week of work release that he got, then I would say that it was justified. Unfortunately, that's not what happened, but his light sentence was not her fault!

Speaking of hyperbole...

Please, this girl wasn’t locked up and forced to do a anything. She was brought here and lived a life of opulence. If she truly was a victim, then she and the others would have come out long ago and said so. But none of the “employees” have. She still denies the accusations anyway. If this hits the fan, then you can bet she’ll play the victim card though.

Doesn’t take a M.D. to fly right seat in a G3. Just takes an old bald dude to sit in the left and have someone parrot their orders in the right. Not like this girl got accepted to the Naval Academy, worked her but off for 4 years and flew F-18s off aircraft carriers. Every opportunity was given because of her boyfriend.

When women talk role models for girls in aviation and equal opportunities in aviation, this is what it looks like.

I would think that her attorney would have recognized the geographic limitations in the immunity agreement, and told her to refrain from making public statements about the matter.

A worthy role model indeed, but I haven't seen anyone suggesting that Marcinko/Marcinkova should have a medal pinned on her.

Heather Penney was the fighter pilot who took to the skies on 9/11/2001 and says she would have rammed the plane but since she didn't we don't know if she really would have but we still call her a hero because she said she would have, right? Now, I do realize that she later flew some missions in Iraq though I don't know how much actual combat she saw or if she ever engaged enemy aircraft. But I do laugh about the entire 9/11 hero thing.

And if she and the other girls working for Epstein were victims, they’d never have to plead the fifth then. They knew the victim route wasn’t going to work so they had no choice. This isn’t “Pretty Woman” meets billionaire story. These are pretty disgusting accusations from many women. If these accusations are true, it’s not just a one time mistake but several instances. And if true, not only she doesn’t deserve a medal but she doesn’t deserve the attention she’s gotten (website / FB) for being a female role model either. If that makes me an a-hole, so be it.

I have to do some more research, I recall she changed/switched a few letters in her name. Don't recall the reason given.

The feds gave her immunity because she was an accessory and named as a potential co-conspirator in the plea bargain agreement, and they had her dead to rights on the rape of underage and accessory to rape. Ditto for that other black widow, Sarah Kellen.

Kellen was the scout/wrangler for the real victims...Marcinkova was the sexual tool/participant to the encounters. The latter was there to put the girls at ease with the setup. 60-odd alleged victims, according to reporting by the Miami Herald.

Kellen incidentally, also changed her identity like Marcinkova did (lotta ducking and weaving for a pair of innocent victims...) before marrying NASCAR driver Brian Vickers. I'm sure ol' boy is singing Usher's "I Don't Mind" every night to keep himself squared LOL. The ultimate Capt save a .. .

They all proceeded to plea the 5th like hardened career mobsters/billionaire-robber-barons at the depositions. Read 'em and weep. And this one . And this other One .

The Miami Herald did excellent investigative reporting on this story, and were instrumental in cracking this case back in the open. Too many white knights and Capt save a --- around here though, calling sexually marketable women to justice is like kryptonite to the perennially thirsty.

I think I can take the high ground. I’ve never lured underage girls into a sex trafficking ring. Epstein and whoever is else is involved should be put in a dark hole if these accusations are true.

Well, I guess that is the case.

Suicide, hit job?

Well shut my mouth!!

Please.

Before I get banned again.

Can we assume that there will be an autopsy?

Epstein served 13 months in jail after pleading guilty

Epstein found dead in his cell this morning Saturday August 10. He evidently hung himself.

The New York Russian mafia does good work.

Maybe! Here more from the NY Times announcement:

Mr. Epstein had been on suicide watch after he was found injured on July 23 and received a daily psychiatric evaluation, according to a person familiar with his detention. He was removed from suicide watch on July 29 and returned to the special housing unit, a segregated area of the prison with extra security, this person said.

The authorities did not immediately explain why he was taken off suicide watch. The F.B.I. said it was investigating, and Attorney General William P. Barr said in a statement that a special inquiry would be opened into what had happened.

“I was appalled to learn that Jeffrey Epstein was found dead early this morning from an apparent suicide while in federal custody,” Mr. Barr said. “Mr. Epstein’s death raises serious questions that must be answered. In addition to the FBI’s investigation, I have consulted with the Inspector General who is opening an investigation into the circumstances of Mr. Epstein’s death.”

So who knows? I surely don't but I also rule nothing out at this point, beyond the fact that Epstein is dead.

So wonder if his death can somehow change their immunity? Like maybe it said the immunity is based on them testifying in court.

Will this speed up the unsealing of documents?

The news is covered up with stories from victims who "didn't get their chance to see him punished". Dude's dead. What'd you wanna do, execute him with a flamethrower or some similarly effed up NorK approach?

Well, they could have all been given a minute with him and a cattle prod to use as they saw fit.

They still can. Maybe it would make them feel better. Alternately, do something like one of those county fair things like where you get to wail on an old car with a hammer for a few bucks. He ain't gonna care.
