hey everyone. I am new to the group. I’ve had my license for a few now. I live everything aviation. I also vlog all of my trips.

I was wondering where have you taken your light sport aircrafts, how far, and any bad weather experiences?

Look forward to reading your replies

My Hatz biplane isn't quite a LSA, though I think it meets the spirit of the rule if not the letter... as I write this (ain't technology great?) I'm relaxing in my sleeping bag under the wing in NE PA, sipping a Scotch, after flying from CT for a parachute jump that my kids bought me for father's day. Life is good.

Sounds like the life. I want to do something like that eventually. Currently it’s baseball games, football games, restaurants and fun rides with friends for me

Where you at in NEPA?

Welcome ,have taken my liberty (not a light sport) to Alaska.

Welcome to POA! I own a Zodiac LSA which I fly mostly to destinations in California, Nevada, and Oregon, but have flown it as far as Albuquerque. I can do 95% of the kind of flying I did in my C172, and it's faster, burns 5.5 gallons an hour instead of eight, and I can do my own maintenance and condition inspections. Oh, and it's a blast to fly. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, but have been a west coaster since getting stationed out here at Vandenberg AFB in the early sixties.

Loved your YouTube videos.
