In theory. I've been trying to use it with zero success. The app is just a front-end that generates the text message then passes it to the message app. Frankly, it's just as easy for me to keep the many text strings in Notes then copy/paste the one I need into the message app.

In reality I use neither. There's an app called TextFree that I use on my iPad - free but little ads at the bottom of the screen.
