Goodyear 5.00 X 5 Wheel Assembly Torque?

It's time to replace the nose tire mounted on a Goodyear 5.00 X 5 wheel (pn 9532926). I don't have a manual for the wheel assembly itself and the airplane maintenance manual doesn't list the torque for the three bolts holding the halves together. Anyone know the torque setting?
 
Honest question here. It looks like those are AN-4 bolts with AN363 nuts. Why wouldn't that be standard torque (50-70in/lbs + run-on)?

I suppose they have their reasons. The bolt is in tension and they might have found that with the pressure in the tire ahgainst all those square inches, the wheel halves would fret if the bolts were set at standard torques. AC 43.13-1B lists the maximum torque for those bolts and nuts as 100 inch-pounds for the 1/4" and 225 in-lb for the 5/16. Table 7-1 on Page 7-9.

Go to Appendix A and start at page A-8.

I often found those bolts WAY overtorqued and would replace them. Looking at them under a magnifier you'd see the threads pulled and distorted, and the bolt stretched so much that it was necked at the thread/shank junction.
 
I personally use the TFAR test.

Closely related to the TLAR method (That Looks About Right).

The wheels call for 83 inch pounds-I'd looked at the wrong place on the rims.
