20 grams net carbs total. 3.33 grams/slice.

No secret, really. Take a piece of low-carb Lavash bread, smear some sauce on it, add shredded mozzarella and herbs of your choice, and bake it at 400 F until it's done. Directly on the rack is best because it toasts the bread.

Look delicious. Unfortunately 20 net carbs is my daily allowance :(

My low carb pizza has no bread at all. Mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg and almond flour comprise the dough. Fourteen minutes in the oven, then top it and six more minutes.

You don’t speak sarcasm?

Hahaha no I’m actually being completely serious. I’m doing Keto right now to cut. Very low carb. Basically no bread, rice, pasta, etc. High fat, mid protein, low carb.

Oh gotcha. I do intermittent fasting, but follow with a clean bulk (~2500-2700cals). Trying to make some gains for these ladies while also staying relatively lean...you catch my drift?

Intermittent fasting is great man. I’ve actually been doing that with Keto. Good stuff. I was lifting a lot earlier in the year so was trying to bulk. Got up to 195. Been so busy with work and studying for flying though so my gym attendance has been bad. Trying to shed the weight now and down to 181 now. I’m gonna lean bulk at about that same calorie intake (2500-2700) once I shed some more weight. I’ve lost a lot of muscle, especially on my arms though :( unfortunately it’s unavoidable when cutting

If you are trying to be like @Sac Arrow .....The thought scares me.

Wow, 2500 calories. If I ate that I’d be 300lbs over night! I have to average around 1500 or less a day to break even or maybe lose a bit.

Yeah, that’s the problem. 2500cals is actually a slight deficit for me, so combining heavy weight training with IF keeps me relatively lean and out of that ‘skinny-fat’ look. I don’t care to get ‘big’ just have noticeable definition.

Wowzers I cut on 1800. I was eating 3000 calories to bulk and I still plateaud at like 195.

Bro you gotta get so big that you can no longer fit in a 152. Gotta have big arms to slam those Cessna doors :p

Such a great video and so true

I'm probably eating around 4000 a day. But, the daily routine lately is thirty minutes of weights, an hour of cardio on the elliptical, an hour of swimming, and maybe a twenty mile bike ride if the weather is reasonable.

Yea that's not surprising with that kind of routine!
