The wife and I had the opportunity to visit this very nice resort a couple weeks back. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking it out. Two beautiful resorts, three golf courses, plenty of good food, spas, and they will come pick you up at the airport in a shuttle bus for free! They actually will drive you anywhere around town too, so that's kinda nice. The resort also has a special offer for General Aviation folks.

I have flown there a few times, and it is a great GA destination. When you are inbound, you can radio the FBO on Unicom and have them request transportation to the resort.

Too bad their casino is crappy. They need a real poker room, although I did win the largest pot of my life there playing 1-2 nl (not my game) when I jammed 400 deep with a flopped set and got two callers on the same flush draw that didn’t come home.

They need a real poker room

Amen to that.
They used to have a decent one. I made good money there in tournaments. Then they changed it to electronic all cash games, and I'm not a fan of electronic poker so I quit going. Later on they shut down the poker play entirely.
At this point it's a basic/typical casino. Lot's of slots and average table game odds.

When closing the poker room, the bad beat jackpot was over 200k and nobody had won it. So they held a drawing one night and some lucky person got it all. Actually they called one persons name and they were not present at the time, so they re-drew.
Would have hated to get that news later on lol.

After living in Las Vegas for 3 years, no other casino really compares, but I know what you mean. We are both non-smokers, so walking into the place was fairly difficult, I won't lie. They do have a non-smoking section, but you have to walk through the rest of the casino to get there. I am not a poker player, so honestly I didn't even notice. I was a little shocked that $10/hand was the cheapest Blackjack they had. I love playing Blackjack.
