My (much older) brother-in-law is about to become a grandpa for the first time. He is also my designated recipient for this year's Xmas gift exchange. I'd like to buy him something relevant to his future role as a grandpa. Nothing as crass as The Complete Idiot's Guide to Grandparenting, yet something funny and useful.

Any recommendations, especially from forum members who are already grandparents?

Obviously, this is a topic much more suitable for Facebook. I am posting it here because I am fairly certain no family member, and definitely not said brother-in-law, are members of POA.

Chocolate.....

Sugar em up and send them back to Momma!

Baby seat for grampa’s airplane.

If grampa doesn’t have an airplane, include a $5 discount coupon toward a new Gulfstream.

A roll of duct tape with instructions to apply liberally. That way he won’t be able to give parenting advice which will, in all likelihood, not be followed and perhaps even resented.
