Finasteride

Starting at the airlines shortly and simultaneously starting to try to battle my hair loss. Is Finasteride an approved medication for flying part 121? Do I need to worry about busting a drug test because of it?

Thank you.

That’s a hairy question to be asking here.

I didn't even know this prostrate medication made to help you pee better simultaneously fought hair loss!

Lately that is only if you think hot flashes are hot.
Not always. I was on a flight not long ago and there was a flight attendant who couldn’t have been much older than I am and she was sexy as all get out. There's definitely outliers, you just have to get on the right flight!

Finasteride
Common brands: Proscar, Propecia, Propecia Pro-Pak
Urinary retention medication
It can treat enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia). It can also treat hair loss in men.

I am thinking of a solution that will

1) Still look attractive (think about guys name Yul, Vin, Jean Luc, Statham, The Rock, Stone Cold, and a few more)
2) Eliminate the chance of "Bed Head" and "Headset Hair"
3) Be low cost and easy to maintain.
4) Never jeopardize a FAA medical certificate

Realize the commitment is long term. Once you stop it you don’t start losing hair. You lose all the hair that you would have be due.
So it’s a lot in a short period of time. :(

I realize this doesn't help the OP.... but this is too eman and mscard not to share...

I sure hope I never lose my hair, because my lady friends wouldn’t have anything to run their hands through.

I use it for BPH. 5 mg/day. Didn't affect my Canadian Cat 1 medical. It's what? 1 mg/day for hair loss?

It did slow my hair loss, but it's also coming out my ears and nose now.. The price of not peeing on your shoes.
