Asking $65,000. But the aircraft has not flown in a long time - only 10 hours or so in the same number of years. It currently does not have insurance. I have personally seen the aircraft and have detailed logs and pictures. It is in unbelievably good condition for the age of the aircraft. No rips or tears in the interior. The exterior paint is quite nice and in very good condition considering it is 19 years old. Great compressions - very clean engine compartments.

Considering the aircrafts lack of flying, we are open to hearing reasonable numbers.

I can send a Dropbox link to the pictures and logbooks if interested.

Wow. That’s the cleanest vintage panel I’ve ever seen barring a restoration. Nice.

It is indeed. This is quite an impressive aircraft. Owner needs it sold and wants to see it go to someone who would take care of it as well as he has maintained it.

Excuse if I overlooked it, but where is the plane located ?

With the mention of "Piedmont Aviation Services", I'm gonna guess somewhere near Greensboro, NC.

You are a regular Karnak my friend!! Just north of greensboro - KSIF - Rockingham Shiloh airport

weird that it's in annual but hasn't flown in 10 years. at some point, doesn't an A&P say he can't sign off on a plane if it hasn't flown in x years? just a question.

anyways, @Grum.Man @TRocket , we get a few peeps in on this and build some time...…..just sayin

As long as all AD notes, inspections, and registration is up to date it’s airworthy.

I will definitely volunteer to put some hours on it!

Yep. Thats it. You hit the nail on the head. As long as everything is checked, as you said AD’s and the like, all is good. Needed repairs are completed, if any, engines are good, she’s good.

AND, these girls engines, based on last annual, are VERY good. She wants to fly.

. Like I said it’s VERY vintage, but a good looking girl.

It's a shame so many of these remarkably capable airplanes are languishing, not being flown.

I hope you find a buyer that wants to fly it.

The last person that listed an older Aztec for sale on this site (it was his personal airplane, and I think he was moving up), ended up selling it to this aerial survey company in Daytona Beach. They have 22 Aztecs, and they work everywhere. I ran into two of their pilots during a lunch stop I made in Vancouver, Canada last year. Not often you see two Aztecs side-by-side on a transitory aircraft ramp these days. You might want to contact them if you don't get any bites here.

Probably the same outfit that I met at KTMB a year or so ago. Spoke to two of their pilots that were waiting for the weather to clear.
