Dumb question but I can’t figure it out. Using the “@“ symbol. I can’t figure out how to make it link.

I tried simply typing @ followed by the user name but no joy. I swear I’ve been online since the mid-90s. I’m not a noob! Lol

@woodchucker That's how I do it and it works. A list of names come up.

Ahhhh okay. Need to post reply to activate it. I should have tried that before.

Thanks @dmspilot also.

@Unit74 Because without it POA doesn't notify them they've been mentioned in a post.

I don't get any notifications. Is it a PM or the little church bell logo up top?

Do you have your settings set to notify you by email? Did you just come here to the thread on your own to read again or did you get an email notification that someone had posted in the thread?

No, I don’t get anything. No emails unless Ted bans me again. Those are my favorite ones as I try to back door getting in to read things while on time out. I do get an email from a PM as well.

Well you can set up for notifications in your profile settings or wherever it is. That's when all this works. lol.

That's MISTER Ass to you, pal!

Actually, recent evidence tells me calling someone an ass is perfectly acceptable. No need to stand on ceremony and say "Mr. Ass", "The right honorable Ass", or any other such thing.
