Instrument Flying Made Easy Book

I've been told I should get the book entitled Instrument Flying Made Easy. It's $64 on Amazon, which isn't bad but if there is a digital version that is just as good I'd prefer that.

Any ideas on similar books?

Or does anyone have one laying around they'd like to sell?
