Appears to be an "open" auction with no reserve. Just like eBay was in the long gone good old days.

Isn't there a rule to post a price if in classifieds? Who has a copy of POA FAR/AIM?

Doesn't matter. You have to read all the MC's letters of interpretation...:)

I kid! This place is pretty well run in my experience.
