I have played the sim daily for 8 years and has more hours than many here but talks like a girl.

You mean like a lisp??? No, you can be autisitic but a lisp is a no go.

I have no idea what an "autistic voice" is but: 5.2 "Hearing and Speech Impairment. An applicant for an FAA certificate issued per part 61, 63, 65, or 107 who cannot hear or speak due to a medical deficiency may be eligible for an FAA certificate with specific operational limitations"
https://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/media/Advisory_Circular/AC_60-28B.pdf

However, a diagnosis of autism is going to be a HUGE issue for the FAA. They are paranoid about any kind of mental / cognitive issues - expect expensive testing / documentation at an absolute minimum. And don't be surprised at a denial.

Formal FAA guidelines do not exist
for autism spectrum disorders. Its broad
spectrum of severity and character sug-
gests that each case must be considered
individually. Decisions are based on
review by FA A consultants, psychiatric
and psychological evaluation, and other
tests as needed.

"considered individually" is the FAA dog whistle for "sucks to be you".

One would want to consult with an expert AME such as Dr. Bruce Chien before proceeding with any sort of medical certification (Do not sign up for an FAA medical or fill out the online form. Not no way, not no how.). Or, consider gliders or a light sport certificate.

Bradley,

So we can get to know you better, what is your age? It’s admirable that you play with Flight sims and it has inspired you to gain more knowledge that may help you become an actual pilot one day.

If you tell everyone more about yourself then perhaps we can help you along your journey.

^^^^ set up lol

No, Bradley appears to be a child, one who has an interest in aviation. I believe if he tells everyone a bit more about himself and his interest then maybe he could get some helpful guidance.

Maybe. We'll see, and if that's the case I agree and will pitch in.

If he is a child, and if he truly has as many hours on the sim as he says, he needs to be taught that that is not a good thing or something to brag about.

According to his profile, he's 26. Hardly a child. And it appears he spends lots of time with a sim.

He isn’t 26. C’mon now...Or maybe he just doesn’t act his age..

Geoff answered it so I will not try to be a real pilot. It's not fair that I will have to pay more then other people. I struggle landing the cessna 172 anyway. I land the
larger jets much easier either with the joystick or the old 3,000 ft 160 kt approach with runway freq in NAV1.

You can enjoy the company of pilots and of course ask questions, there is nothing wrong with learning. I would suggest you also find some of the flight sim forums and chat with those folks over there as well.

Or fly drones. In a few years, there will probably be more jobs for drone pilots anyway.

Just tell people your transgender. You'll be accepted into the pilot community no problem, especially with your video game expierence.

Overall, I don’t understand this post. First of all, what does talking like a girl have to do with being a pilot? There are plenty of women Pilots, and as long as one communicates clearly all the required information, then who cares what you sound like. As for playing a sim for 8 years, again, so what? If you figure this means you’ve got piloting down pat, then by all means, sign up for flight lessons, and proceed to ace everything in record time. Good luck!
