Anyone know where I can find one of these?

I've found several online but they're either overpriced or rough. Looking in the $1000. Just missed one the other day for $850

I'm going to the local gun show in a few weeks unless I find one sooner. Local shops say they don't stick around long if they get them.

Looking for a blued model, 6-6.5 inch with wood grips.

Thanks!

If not the local pawn shops or gun show, try armslist or Bud's.

Checked all of those. Thought maybe someone has a line on one.

Do you feel lucky? Well do ya, punk?

There's been one in a presentation case with a 8 3/8" barrel on Va Gun Trader for a while.

For some reason, the 8 3/8 looks too long to me. Gotta be the 6.5 or 6. I want the -2 as it's the same era as my Model 19 and it's "pinned and recessed"

I have a 629 (stainless) model in that barrel length. It makes me feel so Dirty Harry.

Just got to keep your eyes open on the auction sites. I was going to recommend gunbroker or gunsamerica, but other posters have already recommended them.

For SacArrow and myself (and all other California residents), we are now extremely limited due to this state’s “on roster” slingers. Thankfully the Colt SAA I really, really want is a Curio and Relic, so no roster constraints.

I'm happy with my Dan Wesson 8-2 .38 special, but then I'm more of an Elvis Cole fan than Dirty Harry.

I'd rather have an Anaconda if they weren't so bloody overpriced.

I'm not really a wheel gun guy myself, save for the 629. I used to shoot IPSC matches back in the day. I got me a few nines, a Series 70 Colt .45, and a Series 80. I mostly used a S&W Model 39 in matches but the P9S was a pretty sweet shooter too. The High Power? Forget it.

Don't know were to get one, but the 44mag is a popular caliber the brown bear hunters carry around here

As long as we're talking guns, I put all my Christmas presents on hold until Hi Point releases their 10mm carbine. Should go well with my EAA Witness in 10mm.

I like these Altamont grips for a 29-6.
