Has anyone dealt with ASA customer service lately?
I had a simple warranty request, sent them an email and never heard a peep.
Do they ignore emails? Do I need to call?
My request is not urgent so I thought I'd offer them the convenience of email instead of tying up the phone lines.

What say you, Internet gods?

@BigBadLou --- ping @bobmrg ... as one of their authors, he might have an "inside guy" that you can get to directly.

Tremendous people (known them since the 70s, under contract with them since 1985). Can't explain what happened to your email, but if you call 800-ASA2FLY just about anyone will help. Tell them I sent you. They have plenty of phone lines, so don't let that worry you.

If you want to email, use brian@asa2fly.com. I have no problem with email because I know the addresses of staffers I want to communicate with. I have no idea as to how a generally-addressed email would be routed.

Thank you for all suggestions, I will give them a call.
I hate spelling everything out over the phone, such as name, address etc, it is very inefficient and especially very error-prone.
I am really hoping to just say "hey kids, check your dang email box from last month, ALL the pertinent information is there". :)

What email address did you use?

Bob

The one from their website, for tech support. I'll have to check my email later.

I still think that a phone call is better. If Claudia answers the phone, she knows where all the bodies are buried; Brian Snider would be my second suggestion.

@BigBadLou Hello, this is Brian at ASA. My apologies if you did not receive reply to your email. There is a chance your email was treated as spam when we received it, or perhaps our reply was treated as spam when sent to you. Whatever the reason, I am sorry you have not heard back. Please email me directly brian@asa2fly.com or call 425-235-1500 with your question/concern and I will be sure it gets taken care of.
