Forget about the 210/Bo fight. Which Bonanza is the best for you?

Whatever purpose you want to assign to it. The 210/Bonanza comparison didn't have a purpose, it was just comparing numbers. People still like the Bonanza.

Mh, lots of opportunity for apples to pineapples comparisons. A 1951 V-tail and a G36 have little in common.

There is that mission thing. A faster “new one” would just cause me to use it for business travel. Kinda afraid of turning another passion into work. It takes all the fun out of it. (But still considering it.)

Get whatever makes you smile. I realized that one day I bumped into an airline captain that has the oldest and ruggedest C152 I’ve ever seen. It makes him happy. Nuff said.

Depends on your mission. If you want to go fast a TAT F-33 is tough to beat - not as much useful though. If you want to haul stuff a 36 is awesome, not as fast, but the TAT ones are pretty quick. All the V-tails are beautiful and many are very fast. Some have CG issues, some not.

I wanted 4 adults + gear + a few hours of flying time so I went for a 36.
 
G36 is too heavy. Nice, but heavy. A36 heavy too but better than the G36.

Give me an io-550 powered V35b or an F33. Put in additional nose weights if you have a CG issue.

These planes are fast and a blast to fly.
 
The right Bo is one with its tail on the right way. Something like an M20J
