Yeah, I know it's early but I have been wanting to go for a long time. For some reason, something always comes up that would prevent me from going. Work responsibilities, Wife...etc.

I said I'm putting everything else on hold and I purchased the tickets yesterday, booked the hotel room for the week and I'm going everyday.

I know it's early but is there something that sells out quickly that I can book ahead of time that is worth a visit?

What do you guys do when you are there?

Thanks!

Once you're there, it is mostly a matter of checking the daily schedules then walking or riding a tram to your next "thing".

Probably not published yet but seminars may interest you. Museum worth a visit being you'll be there all week.

Camp. Check out the EABs and talk shop with other owners. Go to the booths to check out cool new stuff. Warbirds. Each hot dog while watching the Doobie Bros. Museum. Watch movie in the outdoor theater. Sit in aircraft I'll never be able to afford. Go up in Bell 47 ride.

Go to the museum on Saturday before the show opens, If you plan to buy stuff there, shop early, they sell out by Tuesday. Research what you want before you go and place your order at the show with Aircraft Spruce and they will ship it free. Also, get a digital copy of your parts manual so you can check things out at the flea market and see if fit your plane if you like what you see.

What do they have at the museum?

I'm freaking excited!!!

Did they have the B2 bomber there this year? I hope they do it again in 2018!

Some of the more popular forums fill up, just a matter of getting there early if you really want to hear whats to be said.

They did but it was a special bomber event. Next year, who knows if one will show. The usually have at least one frontline bomber at the Aeroshell Square.

B-2s are pretty cool to see flying in person just because of the shape and how quiet they are. I prefer the noise and power of the Bone!

Yeah The Bone baby! Burning them!

Awesome B1 shot, man. The B1 is the loudest airplane I ever heard.

OSH is amazing, you will love it.

Y'all got a shot of the B-1's head on run with the powered parachute?

B-52s MITO take offs were pretty loud, and near instant IMC from their black exhaust.
