1/16th ownership share in a 1975 Cessna 182 and a 1966 Beechcraft Bonanza. Very nice well kept airplanes. Based at KDTO, Denton Enterprise Airport, Denton, TX. Asking $4,500.00

  • Monthly dues $300 -- Includes all fixed costs such as hangar, insurance, inspections, mx, note payment, and more.
  • 182 hr/wet $110
  • Bonanza hr/wet $130

Additional details:
  • Aircraft are kept in exceptional condition.
  • No overnight charges.
  • Taking them on long trips is permitted, including out of country (such as Bermuda)
  • There is an experience requirement (this is an insurance thing): 200hrs PIC for the Skylane and 300hrs PIC for the Bo. Appropriate checkout training required.

I wish any clubs up here had a Bonanza like that.
 
The buy-in and hourly rate look excellent and I’d think it would only take a nominal amount of flying each month to recoup the monthly dues. Someone should jump on this deal.
 
Um, not really, but now that you mention it.

Actually, I think they're one of the best-looking and coolest GA planes ever made. Kinda like a Luscombe. ;)

Have quite a bit of time in V35 and A36, they are sweet travel machines.
 
Update. Share has sold, and the Bonanza is currently in he Bahamas
