Not that I'm interested in the aircraft, just would like to know what a "GAS" airworthiness certificate is.

If your not interested in the plane, this hole thread is mute.

[Intentional mistake count = 3]

Perfect example of thread creep. injecting personal opinions of no value to the thread.

Most likely a typo. If you google the text in your post, it will take you to an eBay ad with pictures. Then if you take the registration number that is on the tail in the pictures and enter it on the FAA website, you will see that it has an Experimental Amateur Built airworthiness certificate. It really isn’t too difficult to figure out.

I wasn't the first creep on your thread... but I got called out for it?

[Captain Obvious missed both the unintended typo of the ad AND the crop duster reference?]

I did all that, still want to know what a GAS certificate is. you didn't say what it was.

Did you really?

Like I wrote, it was most likely a typo but if you think it might actually stand for something, look here.

But I think it might have been a fat fingered attempt to type ‘FAA’ due to the proximity of the letters on the keyboard.

Best solution is to call the seller but I’ll leave that task to you. I’ve done enough thinking for you for one day.

I have a question to the seller on E-Bay. We'll see their response

Before this thread runs out of GAS, I'd like to thank @Tom-D for referring to my comment as perfect.

Answer this morning, " It's a typo"
