Pre-takeoff checklist
Club of 10 members at KMFV. 1972 C172, basic IFR, kept in hangar needs two members to replace guys leaving town.
$2000 buy-in ("stock" that you sell when leaving)
$100/month dues
$75/hr wet, hobbs
Current plans for ADSB and IFR GPS in 2019 paid for under current dues/rates if flying rates remain constant and annuals are pretty tame.
Two CFI-I's work with the club, rates set by the instructors, but my current PP instruction is $30/hr hobbs. Current membership ranges from primary students (myself included) to ATP's.
