There is a webinar (aviation safety) that I will be unable to sit and listen to.
Is there any way I can start it playing on my laptop, then walk away while it is recorded by the laptop? Without setting up a camera in front of the laptop.
No, the webinar hosts are not recording it for later use.
No, I will never share the webinar - I'd watch/listen and then delete.
Dell Latitude E6330 Win7
Thanks!

That tool might just work.
however I just did a test with 1 minute of webinar and it is a 600KB file.
How much space would 2 hours be?
I only have 53GB space left on this laptop!

Camtasia is great however Movavi is better for what you want to do.

120 min * 600 KB/min = 72000 KB or 72 MB.

Anything else you desire sire before I retire for the evening?

it's really as simple as multiplication?
Odd, for something involving computers, but cool.

New difficulties requiring your attention, honorable sir.
A flight requires me to leave at 1:00. The webinar is at 3:00.
What to do?

Slightly different issue. Are they not "Providing recordings" are are they not "Allowing recordings"? I've been on webinars where they specifically state that recording is not allowed, both written in the presentation and stated in the audio. They indicate copyright reasons.

So, even if for your personal consumption you may have another consideration.

Sire, you have many minions who await the opportunity to serve. Perhaps it would be possible to direct one of those fine individuals to do your bidding at the appointed hour?
