I enjoy POA and it would be great to meet more participants in real life, like at Sun N Fun, Oshkosh, and other events.

Are there pins or stickers or something we can buy and wear to identify ourselves to others?

(Yeah, sounds a lot like a secret decoder ring.)

Also, is there now a way to send money and support this site?
Thanks!

You'll know it when you see one.

Site admin should sell t-shirts, proceeds go to support of poa

Boobs?

Actually, you should be able to meet the Denver crowd pretty easily. That's what, 30 min flight from Boulder?

I'm usually identified easily as a POAer banned poster.

I'd also like something a little more subtle than a shirt. Monkey Lapel Pin (or other lapel pin) would be great!

I managed to recognize G-man in a place where I wasn't expecting to see him. But it was the second time we had met...

If u see a fat kid in a laundry basket airplane, don't be shy, come up and say hi

I'd like to proactively apologize for @eman1200 saying fat. He certainly meant 'gravitationally challenged'.

Or some other PC ******** like that.

I proposed this to Denverpilot at Oshkosh, but never posted it: I think a plastic monkey should be the PoA version of the challenge coin. Whenever you meet a fellow PoAer and you can produce a monkey and they don't have one on them, first beer is on them.

Great. Now, we'll get our certificates pulled for propositioning strangers...

There's a company in glendale, az that wll make a challenge coin or a monkey pin.

I'm 6'6" and fly a Tampico...so I'm pretty damn recognizable. Then again, my 5 year old co-pilot gets all the attention

Id but a bunch of challenge coins to get the ball rolling, but something tells me it will have a monkey on one side and boobies on the other so I would have to see it first.

FIFY

My ankle bracelet it still attached but I ripped out the GPS/reporting unit.

Definitely planning to be at Sun-N-Fun this year, at least for a day or two (Thurs-Sat?). Might even get to fly the bird down, this time!

I remember asking a while ago about the stickers for the new logo, I would still love one of those if they were made I'd buy em,
