N222EF BE-35-C33 “Debonair” the owner is selling due to no medical, I have personally flown this plane as have another POA famous guy (Jesse) . This is a great plane for sale ...will be sold with fresh annual and spar inspection AD.

Narrative (-23) DURING GEAR RETRACTION AFTER TAKEOFF, THE LEFT MAIN FAILED TO ENTER WHEELWELL CAUSING CIRCUIT BREAKER TO BREAK. PILOT WAS INFORMED BY LINCOLN TOWER THAT HIS LEFT MAIN WAS NOT FULLY EXTENDED. PILOT ELECTED TO LAND GEAR UP.

Narrative (-23) DURING LANDING GEAR EXTENSION, PILOT HEARD A CLUNK/THUD NOISE. THE NOSE GEAR DOWN INDICATOR WAS NOT VISIBLE. PILOT CONDUCTED MANEUVERS TO EXTEND GEAR. TOWER AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL CONFIRMED NOSE GEAR WAS NOT DOWN. PILOT LANDED WITH MAIN GEAR DOWN AND NOSE GEAR RETRACTED. INVESTIGATION FOULD NOSE GEAR EXTEND/RETRACT ARM WAS BROKE. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED WITH THIS REPORT.
Repairs made by Duncan Aviation /Beegles Aircraft/And Central Cylinder.

Ya per the owner on both occasions the pilot was able to keep the prop off of the ground...( it was often leased by the FBO to ferry parts to a P135 outfit)...Duncan Aviation in LNK did the airframe repairs which were surpsingly more minor than I would expect...after the second one Beech flew up and verified the gear system was exactly in spec.... turns out a small pin somewhere that was barely diffent than was was supposed be installed was the source of the problems.....never a hint of trouble since....this plane spent most of its life in Denmark and crossed the pond in 99..still has ferry tank connections under the interior/carpet

970 lb...data sheet attached...I will have logs and many more pics uploaded to the cloud this weekend.

not knowing, but is 970 lbs. useful load low for this type? I would expect something ~1100 lbs.

the turbo A36TN I flew had a useful of 1186 lbs (300HP)...considering this only has a 225HP O-470K ...I would think 970 is average on the BE-35-C33 type

This is pretty close to my ideal plane in about 25 years. My club has a P35 upgraded to an IO520 that I love.

Fwiw, I have about 125 hours in this plane and it flies super nice and is very smooth. I will miss it.

David White has flown it quite a bit as well.

I've taught quite a few people how to fly this very airplane, most of which didn't have a significant amount of experience. I can quite confidently say that I could transition most any pilot into this plane in a minimal amount of hours. The training needed is a rounding error in the ownership experience :)

When I flew this airplane I was impressed how quiet it was. It impressed me so much I spent awhile looking for one to buy. Looked at several and in fact Jesse looked at one of the potentials for me. None were as nice as this one and it wasn't for sale at the time.

Bonanzas are easy to fly.

Jesse is right on...a weekend and just about anyone could fly it....I've transitioned several into Bonanzas out of standard singles....they were all surprised how quickly they felt comfortable.
