I'm working on cleaning up my house, and I have a BUNCH of stuff that is related to the history of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company, and the American Snuff Company - anyone have any desire to buy any of the following stuff? First come, first served, price is always haggleable and you cover shipping. Pictures coming soon:

*Note: You can't get most of this stuff anymore, since the FDA has disallowed the sale or distribution of branded merchandise from tobacco companies, so this stuff is likely to be worth a buttload at some point in the near future

1. Standing Floor Ashtray, silver coated and used in the original R.J. Reynolds HQ building - $40
2. Never Used Set of 3 Celebratory 2011 Natural American Spirit Zippos (with Certificate of Authenticity), $120
3. Winston Desk Ashtray, plastic - $10
4. Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company pocket "Butt Can" - shaped like a trash can, this is from the original, very limited run that was very sought after. Never used. $20
5. Natural American Spirit Japanese Pocket Ashtray - $15
6. Natural American Spirit American Pocket Ashtray (2) - $5
7. Natural American Spirit Limited Run metal ashtray - $5
8. Grizzly Snuff Promotional Point of Sale signage - $20

What is a pocket ashtray?
I would like to see the RJR floor standing ashtray. Will it hold cigars?
 
Standing Floor Ashtray -$40

Here is the story about this one:

The now defunct RJRT Headquarters building at 401 N. Main St. In Winston Salem was actually the original design for the Empire State building. Believe it or not, the more famous building was actually modeled after this less famous building. The entire building is basically gutted to the asbestos, but I was able to con a tour from the security guard one day.

Inside I found a big pile of these ashtrays that were targeted for destruction. I saved one and this is it.

To answer your question, yes, it will do cigars, but the holders are cigarette sized. I have gotten a cigar to sit by resting it on top.

Obviously this thread is quite old, but I was interested in the American spirit lighters, still available?
