That would be great to have you both come. We've got a good start of 5 registered thus far...just need to get those last 10 registrations to make this a reality.

I'm talking this over with a buddy. He currently has a Regular membership and I currently have none. Would we qualify for the 10%? What if I get the Elite?

He could register for the workshop and get 10% off the tuition for himself. If you are his "companion," then he would pay an additional $175 for you (there's no additional discount for companions). Same for Elite members, except they get 20% off the cost of the tuition of their workshop. Companions can be added for $175.

While it is not a requirement, if you attend, you'll want to have your own membership.

Thanks, Scott. I am Jaybird's buddy and I'm pretty sure I'll go to your event.

Did you see my post on avwx about the radiosonde I found this morning? It brought a smile to my face on my bicycle commute.

I'll try to make it, problem is that my schedule in that time-frame is still fluid. I'll see if I can work some magic over the next few days to firm things up enough to attend.

Great. The price won't change until September 8th so you have plenty of time. And that's the date when I need to have my minimums met for the workshop. But, I also have a hard maximum number (30). Once I reach that maximum, I will start a waiting list.

We have met the minimum attendance for this workshop in Frederick. So, spots are filling up quickly. There is limited seating available so don't wait too long if you are interested in coming to this workshop in September.
