Pre-takeoff checklist
For Sale, very nice 1985 A36; Only 2 owners since new.
Current owner recently moved up to a B58 Baron.
4985 TTAF, 1555 SMOH. Cyls refurbed about 100 hours ago. Good paint and interior. Hangared, all logs. Airplane suffered a minor prop strike / Nose gear collapse in 2002 properly repaired. No other known damage history.
Times are subject to change due to ongoing aircraft use.
We are in the process of scanning the logs and will post once we have them digitized.
This is a no excuse airplane that has seen excellent maintenance and love, and it shows.
