    My sweet honey at C81

When they swarm like this the old queen is in the middle of the cluster somewhere. Clip the branch and shake em in a hive and you should have the queen in there. Close the box up and see if the ones out foraging or the ones that didn't make it in the box try to make their way into the new hive...

    My sweet honey at C81

It's swarming season! Someone my mom works with had this swarm in her yard. I'll take the free hive with a laying queen!

I for one am happy people like you will be beta testing for the rest of us. I welcome unleaded. Even if I don't think it's an environmental problem.

    Piper wingspar SB 1412

I believe this is applicable to any 28/32 not effected by the eddy current AD. 12k hour one time inspection...not too bad. https://s3.amazonaws.com/pipercrm/Solution/20943/SB_1412.pdf

Upper Midwest airfields near good hiking trails

For the record, I did say North Fox was on my bucket list. The effort that was put into places like that is not lost on me and I'm eternally grateful for people that sacrifice to keep things around or bring them back for the rest of us to enjoy.

Upper Midwest airfields near good hiking trails

A friend of mine, her family has a parcel on Detroit Island. I think I've finally convinced her flying would beat driving, so planning a trip to 2p2 this summer.

If [BLANK] is what you find too expensive about flying...

Was aware the owner didn't actually have to make it. I think Bogert considers their p-leads owner produced because the owner tells them length? Seems fringy to me.

My a&p suggested the OPP route for the cabin heat box. I think it depends on the part...and owner skillset

Upper Midwest airfields near good hiking trails

Nope. Said it was still on the bucket list. Most places I don't know the history. So blissfully ignorant.

Just hearing North Fox Island gives me goosebumps. On my bucket list...but a bit of sinister history

    Wag-Aero's Demise

On the EAB side of things, there's Whirlwind propeller. But Hartzell bought Whirlwind shortly after PE bought Hartzell. Now even the EAB guys that actually had another option are now almost stuck with a Hartzell product.

    We ordered a Bushcat

Every time I fuel up at 10c there's a Bushcat, or a sling, or something rotax powered taxiing out of a hangar. Good to read what they're doing with Leading edge/ Advanced Power. Are they going to move everything to C59? Would have loved to see an operation like there's over at C81.

    Wag-Aero's Demise

What's funny is I suspect the dynamics of this sale probably have very little to do with the arguments being made. With the owners divesting themselves of multiple entities, it sounds like retirement and not some sinister PE buyout.

    I just got screwed..

I think they oversold how busy they were

    Wag-Aero's Demise

So how about Wag-Aero and Leading Edge Airfoil huh? Leading Edge has become Advanced powerplant solutions and will be at an actual airport, C59. Only wish the Knoll's would have brought APS over to my neck of the woods. But I can't blame them for hopping the cheddar curtain.
